Refunds requested after February 28, 2025 for SWNC 2025 regular program will be considered on a case by case basis for circumstances that impede your attendance. Registration refunds for SWNC 2025 regular program will require written notice provided by February 28, 2025. Refunds will be credited back to original method of payment. Refunds for the Point of Care Ultrasound course will be considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed due to the nature of the course size. 

In the event the conference date is postponed or made virtual due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be granted if the registrant can no longer attend due to date conflict. New refund cutoff date will be made public at the time of notification of any major change to the conference. Southwest Nephrology Conference is not responsible for any related costs beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disaster or weather emergency, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies. 

You may transfer your registration to another colleague, should you no longer be able to attend due to illness, as long as they are at the same organization as you and require the same type of registration. Request for registration transfer to colleague must be provided to the conference staff prior to date of event and is subject to approval.
